Q: How do I place an order?

You can place an order by browsing our product catalog, selecting your items, and proceeding to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information to complete your order.

 

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placement. Please contact us immediately at [support@lushyum.com] with your order number.

Q: How to track my order?

You will receive an email from us after you have placed the order. You’ll get confirmation in your email when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move. You will be able to track your order through your preferred shipping partner.

Q: How do I cancel or change my order?

Q: How long does the delivery take?

- USA: 3–8 business days, depending on your location.
- Canada: 3–8 business days
- Other regions: 10–20 business days

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free shipping is available for all the orders that's placed inside the United States. We charge shipping fees for overseas orders.

Q: Do you ship overseas?

We currently deliver to the USA and Canada, and in the future we will deliver to Germany, UK, France, Australia, Italy, Mexico and other countries.If you need to ship to other countries, please send us an email and we will try our best to arrange shipping!

Q: What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?

 We want you to love your LUSHYUM products! If you're not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help: Return Window:Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Initiate a Return:

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or full refund.Refund Processing:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Return Shipping:
If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item), we cover return shipping.For all other returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Q: How do I track my Refund?

To track the status of your refund, kindly refer to your confirmation email that you have received from us.

Q: How long does it take to get the Refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow us 3-5 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Q: Are the chocolate melting pots electric or stovetop-compatible?

Our chocolate melting pots are electric and designed for easy, even heating — perfect for melting chocolate without burning or seizing.   Just plug in and melt with confidence.

Q: What materials are your silicone candy and ice cube molds made from?

All of our molds are made from food-grade, BPA-free silicone, safe for use in ovens, freezers, and dishwashers.   They're flexible, durable, and perfect for everything from candy and chocolate to creative ice cubes.

Q: Can the baking baskets be used for sourdough proofing?

Yes!   Our baking baskets (bannetons) are ideal for sourdough proofing.   They help your dough hold shape while developing a beautiful crust texture and pattern.

Q: What’s included in the cookie decoration kit?

Each cookie decoration kit includes piping bags, precision nozzles, and decorating tools — everything you need to create stunning, bakery-style cookies at home.

Q: Are silicone baking slings safe for high-temperature ovens?

Yes, our silicone slings are heat-resistant up to 446°F (230°C), making them perfect for lifting bread, cakes, and casseroles safely in and out of hot ovens.

Q: Are your products food-safe and BPA-free?

Yes, all of our kitchen and food storage products are made with high-quality, BPA-free, and food-grade materials to ensure safety and durability.

Q: I’m missing a part from my decoration kit.   What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that!   Please contact our customer service team with your order number and a photo of what you received — we’ll quickly send a replacement.

Q: How do I clean the silicone molds and baking slings?

Simply rinse with warm, soapy water or place them on the top rack of your dishwasher.  Avoid using sharp tools or abrasive sponges to preserve their non-stick surface.

Q: My chocolate isn't melting smoothly.   What should I do?

Make sure the pot is preheated and stir gently while melting.   If the chocolate thickens, try adding a small amount of cocoa butter or coconut oil to improve consistency.   Refer to the included guide for best results.

Q: Can I return or exchange an item if it’s unused?

Yes, we accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.   Please contact us at [support@lushyum.com] with your order number to start a return.

Q: My baking basket has a natural smell — is that normal?

Yes, our baskets are made from natural rattan, which may have a subtle scent at first.   This is normal and fades with use.   You can rinse the basket and air dry before first use.
